Senior Estimator:

Qualifications:

• Experience in creating and monitoring construction estimates across a variety of project types and delivery methods, including lump sum, construction management and design build
• A good knowledge of contracts, codes and industry practices
• A solid understanding of related computer applications including spreadsheet and scheduling software
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Well developed communication and negotiation skills
• A minimum of 10 years experience in Estimating Underground Projects
• Experience in HCSS HeavyBid an asset
